Search Function:
The
MiND
app allows you to search the contents of your library from within a specific library view such as Album,
Title, Artist/Album, etc. For example, if you want to search by song name, select the “Title” view of your current
library (figure 42) and tap on the [All Titles] icon to retrieve a list of all songs available in the library (figure 43).
To start searching, tap on search bar located in the top right corner of the BROWSER and a keyboard
will appear (figure 44). As we type the word “Blue” to find all songs with the word “Blue” in their title, the search
result will yield fewer tracks as each letter is typed. This is because the MiND app search function operates in
real-time. Once you are finished typing your search word(s), simply tap on the keyboard key located in the
bottom right corner and the search results will appear in the BROWSER (figure 45); in this example 7 songs with
the word “Blue” in their title. Now you can add any or all of these songs to the QUEUE. Finally, to clear the
contents of the search bar, simply tap on the “X” located on the bar’s right side.
