Using the Smart Lists
From the “Smart Lists” home screen, tap on each
individual option to get a list of each animal in your
herd in the various stages of the breeding process.
“In Calf” - These animals are confirmed to be in
calf and the smart list will let you know the due
date for each animal.
Swipe left to add a calving event and add a new
calf to your herd.
Swipe right to assign a Moocall calving sensor to
the animal.
“Cycling” - These animals are currently waiting to
come into heat.
Swipe left to manually add an insemination.
Swipe right to manually add a heat event.
“In Heat”
- These animals have had a confirmed
heat event in the last 24 hours.
The smart list shows the oldest heat on top.
Swipe either left or right to manually add an
insemination.
“Inseminated” - These animals have been recently
inseminated and waiting to see if it was successful.
Swipe left to assume the animal is in calf. Add in
the insemination data to get a due date estimate.
Swipe right to manually add a new heat event, this
usually means that the insemination didn’t hold.
