Step 3: Attach a Moocall RFID ear tag
Use a standard tagger to attach the Moocall RFID ear tag to the animal.
The large part of the ear tag should be to the rear.
Step 4: Power on the Moocall HEAT collar
To turn on the Moocall HEAT collar,
press and hold the button on the
Moocall HEAT collar for five seconds
as shown. The light on the collar will
blink many colours until it connects to
the mobile network. Once the light
blinks blue every 4-5 seconds, the
Moocall HEAT collar is on and active.
Hold the button for ten seconds to power off.
The light will go pink before the collar shuts down.
The Moocall HEAT collar will notify you when the battery level goes below
10%. At this point there is on average 3-5 days battery life left.

NOTE! Place the Moocall RFID ear tag as close to the center of the animal’s
ear as possible without interfering with any other ear tags she might have.
