Step 1: Charge the Moocall HEAT collar
To charge, locate the charge port on the inside of the Moocall HEAT collar,
remove the charge cap and insert charge cable as shown.
DO NOT force the power cable into the charging port of the collar.
IMPORTANT: First charge should be at least 15 hours.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the charge cap is dry before placing it back on the
Moocall HEAT collar to be sure of a proper, waterproof seal.
Note that the batteries in the Moocall HEAT collar are of very large capacity
and will take a long time to recharge. Please allow 15-20 hours for each
charge. A half charge of 7 hours will give you approximately 30 days usage.
IMPORTANT: Do not use Moocall HEAT without the charge cap in place.
The light on the Moocall HEAT
collar will go to a solid blue when it’s
taking charge.
The light on the Moocall HEAT collar
will go to a solid green when the
battery is fully charged.
When charging is completed, remove the charge cable and replace the cap
on the charge port.
