USING THE OVEN

 

1.

When your oven is operated the first time, an odour will emanate from

the heating elements. In order to get rid of this, operate the oven at

250°C for 45-60 minutes with the oven empty.

2.

Oven control knobs must be set to the required level; otherwise the

oven will not operate.

3.

The thermostat control knob should be positioned to the required

temperature setting.

4.

When using the oven, the oven door should not be opened too

frequently, as the heat circulation may be affected and cooking results

may deteriorate.

5.

The oven should be pre-heated for 5-10 minutes prior to cooking.
