USE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE CERAMIC HOB
Controlling the Hob Cooking Zones
1.
To operate the hob, use the control knobs on the fascia panel of the
oven. This allows the power level to be selected in order to reach
the required cooking temperature.

In order to achieve the best result from the hob, the bottom of the
pans should be as thick and flat as possible.

It is important that the base of pans match the size of the cooking
zones. Where possible, always cook with lids on the pans. Always
place pans on the cooking zone before switching on. Switch the
cooking zones off before the end of the cooking time, to take
advantage of residual heat.
4.
Turn the knob in a clock wise direction to begin cooking. Set the
cooking power level by turning the knob position gradually
increasing to the level required. (Singlezone)
5.
At the “0”position, all the zones are turned off.
