Empty the water tank. Remove the water tank from the main unit and turn the top of the
water tank counter clockwise to open it. Empty the water tank, place the top back onto the
water tank and turn it clockwise to fasten.

Place the water tank back onto the main unit.

The power cord can be wrapped around the cord clips.
7.
Store the device indoors in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
8.
Make sure the device is stored out of reach of children.
Warning:
If you do not remove the microfiber cleaning pad from the foot before storing the device, you may
cause stains to the place where the device is stored. You should therefore always remove the
microfiber cleaning pad after use and wash it.

The microfiber cleaning pad can be washed at 40° (do not use bleach or fabric softener, do not
tumble dry). Leave the microfiber cleaning pad to dry for 24 hours.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Ensure that no water penetrates the device. Never submerge it in water or any other liquid.
Cleaning the device

Take the plug from the socket before you start cleaning the device. Always allow the device
to cool down properly before you start cleaning it.

Take the microfiber cleaning pad from the device. The microfiber cleaning pad is washable

3.
Clean the outside of the device with a moist cloth.

Replacing the water filter
The device is fitted with a preassembled water filter. The condition of this water filter affects the
functioning of the device. Depending on the hardness of the water in the area you live, the water
filter will discolor/darken over time. Therefore check the water filter regularly and replace if
necessary. Depending on water hardness and frequency of use, the water filter should be changed
every 6 months. Water filters can be ordered at www.muppa.nl.

Descaling
If the heating process takes a particularly long amount of time, it is possible that you have to
descale the device.
