SAMPLE CONNECTION DIAGRAM
1.
Ensure that all equipment to be connected is powered off and unplugged from its
power source.
2.
Place or mount the transmitter and receiver in their intended locations.
3.
Using a High Speed HDMI® Cable (not included), plug one end into the HDMI input
on your display, then plug the other end into the HDMI OUT port on the receiver.
4.
Using a Cat6 Ethernet cable of the appropriate length, plug one end into the HDBT
IN jack on the receiver, then plug the other end into the HDBT OUT jack on the
transmitter. Note that if this cable must be rated for in-wall use if it will be run
through the walls.
5.
Using a High Speed HDMI Cable (not included), plug one end into the HDMI IN port
on the transmitter, then plug the other end into the HDMI output on your video
source device.
6.
(Optional) If you want to control the video source device from the remote location,
plug an IR receiver (not included) into the IR IN jack on the receiver and position it
where it can receive IR signals from the remote control, then plug an IR emitter (not
