Surface Layers - This value determines the number of layers used to print the raft's
surface.
Surface Layer Thickness (mm) - This value determines the thickness of the surface
layers.
Surface Layer Line Width (mm) - This value determines the width of the surface layer
lines. In general you can set this to your nozzle size as print quality is not important for
the raft.
Fix Horrible
These advanced options are designed to repair models with errors to make them suitable
for 3D printing. They do not always work and can have unexpected results. Be cautious in
using these options.
Combine Everything (Type A) - This attempts to fix all external mesh errors, while
keeping internal holes intact. This can inadvertently fill intentional internal holes.
Combine Everything (Type B) - This option attempts to fix all external mesh errors,
while ignoring all internal holes. This option is useful for times when only the external
shell of the print is important.
Keep Open Faces - This option ignores all manifold errors in the object. It can create
issues when generating Gcode as Cura does not know how to interpret the open holes.
This option should only be used when you are sure that holes in the mesh are
intentional. In general, avoid using this option.
Extensive Stitching - This option causes Cura to automatically add triangle meshes in an
attempt to fix manifold errors. This algorithm will greatly increase Gcode generation
time and may end up adding unintended meshes. It is recommended that you repair
your model using Meshlab or your CAD program before attempting this option.
