Check the actuation oft he circuit breaker by the door handle
(acoustic check). If necessary, have it adjusted by a specialist.

Do not place the dosing jar inside. Close the protection door
and keep it closed. Check compressed air supply.

Product to be filled is not
pressed into can.
Allowed Check actual air pressure and air volume.

Defective pneumatic

Medium leaks above the piston
during the filling process.
Allowed Replace the piston.

Condensation hose vibrates
(over a long period of time)

Cause:
Condensation drain on the filter control valve does not close.
Remedy:
Compressed air must be supplied instantaneously (when
switching on) and with the necessary pressure (e.g. with a ball
valve).

Bayonet connection of the
Clean-Free Adapter ECO+
was not locked
Allowed
1. Let piston move downwards.
2. Disconnect the filling device from the compressed air
permanently.
3. Open the door.
4. Turn the spacer downwards.
5. Turn the filling cap holder to the left until the piston is
completely unscrewed from the cylinder rod.
6. Close the door.
7. Switch on the compressed air supply.
8. Open the door.
9. Remove the filling cap holder with piston and can.
10. Press the filling cap out f the filling cap holder from the
bottom with the aid of a tool.
