1.Seat height upward adjustment
：
press and hold the height
adjustment button on both sides of the seat and apply force
upward along the front foot expansion tube to raise the seat.
2.Seat height reduction adjustment: Press the seat height
adjustment button on both sides of the seat and apply force
downward along the front foot expansion tube to lower the seat.

The seat height can be adjusted for 6 gears. When the seat
is adjusted to the bottom, it will not be set as a gear.
Children are prohibited to use it in this state.This
