After installation of the Mobile Connection Manager and drivers, Windows® “Network and Dial Up
Connections” will automatically create a default connection profile.

What is the Mobile Connection Manager?
The Mobile Connection Manager is an application designed to assist you in managing the
PC5220. With this application you can easily monitor and customize your connections.
My PC5220 becomes noticeably hot after using it for a while, is this normal?
Like all PC Cards, the PC5220 generates heat in its normal operation and is also heated
by the host computer. For this reason it is recommended that you allow PC5220 to cool
down after extensive operation so that it may become cool to the touch before you
remove it from your laptop PC.
How fast will my connection be with the PC5220?
Approximately 10 times faster than a dial up connection.
Which Operating System do I need in order to run the Mobile Connection
Manager?
You will need Windows 98SE, 2000, ME, or XP to run the Mobile Connection Manager.
The Mobile Connection Manager is not compatible with Windows CE, handhelds or
Macintosh.
How much space on my hard drive will the Mobile Connection Manager require?
At least 14MB The Installation CD is equipped with other applications including Internet
Explorer 6.0. Total free disk space recommended in 50MB. For complete system
