Things you should know before exercise
BUTTON:
1. MODE:
Press to select all functions in sequence.
Hold the button for 1 seconds to total reset all function values.
2. SET:
Press this button to set function value and personal data.
Hold the button for 2 seconds to quick plus.
3. RESET:
Press the button to reset function value; Hold this button to total reset the computer.
4. RECOVERY: Keep heart rate detecting, and press the button, computer counts down for 60 seconds on
the time column, and then show the heart rate recovery result on the main display by F1 ~ F6.
Steps for accurate recovery result:
1. check your heart rate before exercise (N.H.R.).
2. check your heart rate during exercise (E.H.R.)
3. to have best testing result, please make sure that the difference between E.H.R.and N.H.R
4. should be more than 60 bpm before press the recovery button.
RECOVERY
LEVELS:
1 F-1 60 bpm recovery in 60 seconds.
2 F-2 50 bpm recovery in 60 seconds.
3 F-3 40 bpm recovery in 60 seconds.
4 F-4 30 bpm recovery in 60 seconds.
5 F-5 20 bpm recovery in 60 seconds.
6 F-6 10 bpm recovery in 60 seconds.
5. BODY FAT: Press to enter into body fat measure function.
FUNCTION:
1. TIME:
Automatically count up exercise time during exercise.
Automatically count down exercise time from target during exercise.
2. SPEED:
Display current exercise speed during exercise.
3. DISTANCE: Automatically count up exercise distance during exercise.
Automatically count down exercise distance from target during exercise.
4. CAL:
Automatically count up calories consumption during exercise.
Automatically count down calories consumption from target during exercise.
5. RPM:
Revolution per minute.
6. SEX:
Set user SEX.
7. HEIGHT:
Set user HEIGHT.
8. WEIGHT:
Set user WEIGHT.
9. AGE:
Set user AGE.
10. FAT%:
The total body fat percent.
11. BMI:
Body Mass Index.
12. PULSE:
Display current heart rate (beat per minute).
