Step 5
1.
Attach left upper swing bar (5) to left lower
swing bar (6), secure with 2 bolts (59) , washers
(60) and 2 nuts (57) .
2.
Do the same to the right swing bar (5+6).
Step 6
1.
Attach axle of handlebar post (13) to handle bar post (4).
2.
Secure with washer (58), cap (19), washer (54), and bolt(56)
for left and right upper swing bar particularly.
