Indications of the charging status, each for the left
and the right pairs of rechargeable batteries in the
battery compartment

does not light up: no batteries are inserted, not cor-
rectly inserted, or the batteries are defective

flashes: the pair of batteries is being charged

lights up continuously: the pair of batteries is fully
charged

Compartment for the rechargeable batteries to
charge the supplied rechargeable nickel metal
hydride batteries (NiMH) which can be used for the
power supply of the pocket transmitters and wire-
less microphones
