8 Creating a sample project
The following example aims to help you learn how to use the XSoft
software. We will create a project consisting of a configuration
and a program, which you can then load and test.
Our configuration assumes the following hardware layout:
Function
Establish an AND link between inputs IX0.0 and IX1.1. The result
of this logical operation will be output at Q2.1.
Setting up a target system
After starting XSoft, create a new file:

New
.
The possible target settings are listed.

From the pull-down list field, select your target system (in our
example XN-PLC-CANopen) and double-click it.
