Calculating reaction
times The reaction time is the time difference between the
occurrence of an input signal, the transfer via the bus
to the master, the program processing, the return via
the bus and the sending of the ouput signal.
The reaction time is therefore the sum of all times
that depend on the Suconet operating mode
selected, the bus stations used and the program
cycle time. Since several asynchronous processes
and interrelated processes are involved here,
changing values must be expected. The following
best case and worst case are therefore provided as
limit values:
