Check the following before contacting our Service Center in the event of dysfunction. If the problem
continues after taking the proper remedial action, disconnect the power cord plug from the wall
outlet. Transfer the items stored in the cooler to a box or other container. Then contact the dealer
from whom you purchased this unit or our Service Center, and be ready to provide information as
listed in “REQUIRED INFORMATION” below.
CAUTION: To prevent any electrical shock hazards, do not disconnect the power cord plug
from the wall outlet with wet hands.
Unit is not working

Unit is not cold

Noise

Is the freezer put on even surface?

Is the back of the freezer against the wall?

Is the cooler put against other objects?
Condensation on the
outer surface of the
freezer:

Dew may form on the outer surface of the freezer when the ambient
air is too hot / humid. Condensation occurs during high humidity and
when the water particles in the air come into contact with cold
surface. This is perfectly normal. Simply wipe the surface using dry
cloth.
