Installation Of Ventilation Pipe
Water heater must have ventilation pipe installation of ventilation pipe must be in accordance as
follows :

GI 6/6S
a.
The height of the ventilation pipe must be in accordance
so that it can ensure that the smoke can be drained out.
b.
The horizontal part of this ventilation pipe must be <3m,
and the pipe must be lower a little so that the water
condensation does not flow again.
c.
Angle of the ventilation pipe must be 90o and no more
than 3 pieces.
d.
The inside part of the ventilation pipe, above the wind
prevention cover from the back must be more than 250.
e.
The upper part of the ventilation pipe must be
accompanied with the wind closer to prevent wind and
rain. The wind closer cannot be at the eoilan zone. The
distance may not be > 600mm from the surrounding
buildings.
f.
Do not install the ventilation pipe in the air replacement
part or smoke ventilation track.
- Make sure there is no air leak at the pipe connections, fasten it
with strong screws.


Use the ventilation pipe and accessory that are included in the package.
4 4 . . Diameter of the ventilation pipe is 50mm. Diameter of the ventilation hole is 70 mm and
installed above the expansion screw that is used to hang the water heater with the minimum
distance 105mm from the expansion screw.

How to install the ventilation
d. The air hole must be on the good ventilating position and 1/2 under the height of the room.
e. The pipe hole must be made in the outside and close from the upper part of the room, farm
from the ventilation pipe.
f. The air comes and pipe area.
