1. In order to avoid unwanted incidents, always disconnect from electrical power before cleaning the
dispenser.
2. This dispenser has been disinfected prior to shipping.
3. Arrange for the bottle support, water tube and heating element to be cleaned by expert technician
once a year to ensure that the machine maintains good condition and to extend usage. Do not
attempt to disassemble the machine in order to avoid damage to the machine.
4. Use soft and slightly wet cloth to clean the surface of dispenser, and use soft and dry cloth to
wipe the surface.
5. For dispenser with built-in refrigerator, remove the defrosting water residue from the refrigerator
using dry cloth or sponge once every seven days or when the defrost water is filling up.
1. Install the dispenser on even surface. Avoid storing in humid
place. Provide a minimum of 20 cm of distance from the wall and
do not store flammable substances near the dispenser.
2. To avoid damage to the machine, avoid connecting electrical cord
or pressing hot water switch (red) until the water can flow out of
hot water tap without obstruction.

If the dispenser won’t be used for a long period, turn off the heater
and cooler switches and disconnect the cord from the electrical
outlet and drain the water through the drainage.
4. Do not use chemical substances or direct water rinsing to clean
the dispenser. Use soft cloth instead.
5. Do not pull the cord to disconnect the cord from the outlet. Pull the
cord head with dry hand.
