Note:

If a wireless charger dock error occurs, the

LED indicator light will flash red. Disconnect the

MobileHelp Smart from the wireless charger dock,

and then reconnect. If the error occurs again, please

contact MobileHelp Technical Support.

Check the Charge Status

When you connect the MobileHelp Smart and wireless charger dock, the LED indicator will

illuminate to indicate the battery level.
