DATA

LOGGING

The incubator is supplied with a 2 GB SD card. This
SD card is pre-formatted to work with the
controller’s operating system.

Only cards supplied by MMM can be used. Using
any other type of card will not work with the
incubator and will cause the controller system to
crash.

The controller can log to a removable SD card located on
the front of the incubator.

Every 30 seconds the controller records the following data
to the SD card:

Date & Time
Chamber temperature set point (SP);
Chamber temperature process value (PV)
Door set point (SP);
Door process value (PV)

 process value (PV)

The data is stored in Excel format making it very easy to
read and use the data with a PC.

Data is only logged when the incubator is powered; however
data is not lost when power is removed.
