Reverse Power
Alarm
The reflected power has reached the alarm threshold. Set higher
threshold or start the automatic tuning to deacrese the reflected power.
0011
Power Module
Malfunction
(PLL)
Alarm linked to internal frequency generator. The CPU turns off the power
module automatically. After the alarm reset operation, the CPU turns
on the power module and checks possible alarms. If the alarm persist,
contact the service.
0100
Internal
Safety Relay
Malfunction
The internal safety relay could have been damaged (i.e by a shortcircuit
on the contact)
Try to restart the unit. If the alarm persist, contact the service.
0101
Power Supply
Undervoltage
The AC/DC power supply could have been damaged. Try to restart the
unit. If the alarm persist, contact the service.
Note: to reset the alarm you have to turn off the unit.
0110
AC/DC
Power Supply
Overtemper.
The fans of the AC/DC psu are not working properly and/or the ambient
air condition is too hot. Let the unit cool down, run at lower power, replace
fans if failed
0111
Internal
Overload (M1)
The circuit M1 has reached the limit current. Try to reset and restart at
lower power. If the alarm persist, contact the service.
1000
Internal
Overload (M2)
The circuit M2 has reached the limit current. Try to reset and restart at
lower power. If the alarm persist, contact the service.
1001
Open Interlock
Check interlock contact (OPEN = Alarm, closed = OK)
1010
Communication
interrupted
Alarm engaged only when the SG is run throught the serial port and no
valid character is received within time out
