* In the SVGA model (SD200U), flicker may appear when the C/W delay is
adjusted to a certain value. This is unique to this model. Carry out the following
procedure to prevent flicker and change the C/W delay setting to a value at which
the colors of the red scale signal are displayed properly and no flicker appears.
Change of the C/W delay setting has little effect on the colors because some
amount of deviation from the optimum setting value is allowable in the C/W delay
adjustment.
(1) The C/W delay setting value is referred to as N.
(2) Change N to (N-80).
(3) Increase (N-80) to (N+30) one by one per second.
(4) When no flicker appears during increase, N is appropriate.
(5) When flicker appears, change N to a value out of the range in which flicker
appears referring to the following example.
(6) Make sure that all the colors are displayed properly with the red scale signal.
Example)
When N has been set to 700, change N to 620 and increase it to 730 as described
above. If flicker appears at 640 in the course of increase, set N to 720. 720 is
obtained by adding 20 (640-620) to 700. Make sure that all the colors are
displayed properly with the red scale signal.
