4.4 Installing cylinder head assembly
Install the cylinder head on the crankcase by aligning it with
the dowel pins.
Note: Be careful not to displace the cylinder gasket when
installing.

4.5 Tightening cylinder head bolts
In the numerical order as shown in the illustration, tighten
cylinder head bolts progressively to the specified torque.

4.6 Reassembling rocker shaft assembly
(1)
Apply engine oil to the rocker shaft.
(2)
When reassembling, install the rocker shaft assembly in
the same position as it was.
Note: If the rocker shaft assembly is not installed as it was,
the clearance becomes different, and it may result in a
defect such as wear increase.
(3)
After reassembling, make sure the rocker arm and oil
pipe move freely.

4.7 Inserting push rod
(1)
Insert each push rod into its hole in the cylinder head.
(2)
Make sure that the ball end of each push rod is placed
correctly on the tappet cup.
