Removing a Hard Drive from the Diskette Drive Carrier

1.  Observe the precautions in ‘Before You Begin’, at the

beginning of this chapter.

2.  Remove the floppy diskette drive carrier.

3.  Remove the three screws holding the drive to the

carrier.

4.  Slide the drive out of the carrier and place it on an

antistatic surface.

5.  Install the drive carrier back into the chassis.

Installing a Hard Drive Behind the Power Supply
