To select the groups on which to execute the Setback function
When the SETBACK button on the side of the touch panel is pressed, the selected group's operation mode
will be switched between heating and cooling to keep the room temperature within the preset temperature
range.
1. Touch the

[Setback]
button on the
[Collective
Operation Setting]
screen.
2. Read the pop-up message, and touch the
[OK]
button to confirm.
3. Select the groups on which to execute the Setback
function from the group icons labeled

.
4. Touch the

buttons to see the upper and
lower limit set temperatures for the Setback mode
of all groups. Touch the

button to set different
ranges for different groups.
5. Touch the

[Save]
button.
The set temperatures for the Setback mode will be
reflected on each group when the
[Save]
button is touched.
•
The temperature range that can be set depends on the connected units.
•
The cooling and heating set temperatures can be set under the following conditions.
- The cooling set temperature is greater than the heating set temperature.
- The difference between the cooling and heating set temperatures is equal or greater than the
minimum temperature difference that varies with the indoor unit model.
•
If you change the settings while the SETBACK button is ON, turn off the SETBACK button, and then
turn it back on to reflect the changes.
•
Only the air conditioning unit groups can be selected.
•
The air conditioning units without the Setback mode cannot be selected.
•
The set temperatures for the Setback mode that have been changed on the GROUP screen will also
be reflected on this screen.
