Setting of response performance and load to motor inertia ratio by minute position
detection method
When using the minute position detection method, set the response performance with [Pr. PL17.0 Response selection], the
load to motor inertia ratio with [Pr. PL17.1 Load to motor mass ratio/load to motor inertia ratio selection]. If the load to mass of
the direct drive motor inertia ratio is unknown, perform the magnetic pole detection by the position detection method, and then
perform the auto tuning to set an estimated value.
