7. Stitching test
(1) Select the stitc hing pattern.
(Ref er to the PLK-G1010 Contro l sect ion instruct ion man ua l.)
(2) Set the materia l to be stitche d, and th en press the [Black ] side of the 2-peda l
f oot switc h to lo wer t he work holder.
(3) Set the labe l u n der the labe l h older plate, a nd the n pre ss the 1-pe da l f oot
s witc h to lo wer the labe l ho lder.
(If the position of the lab el d e viates du e to the thrust wh en the lab el h older
losers, a djust the lo wering speed with th e speed c ontroller at the Fig . No. 109
air c ylinder in the wo rk holder mecha nism .)
(4) Press the [Gra y] side of the 2-p eda l f oot s witch to rotat e t he se wing mach ine
and start stitch ing .

(5) T he f lip-f lop sh af t will rotate at th e posit io n where th e reverse sig na l is
issu ed in the stitc hin g pattern.
(6) W hen stitching is complete d, the sewing machine will a utomatica lly return to
home pos ition, an d the ho lders will ris e.
