Add a check mark to [ Delete the driver software for this device ], and click [ OK ]. 
The USB Serial Port software is uninstalled. 
Aftrerwards, uninstall the USB driver following steps 5) to 8).

5) Double-click [ FX-USB-AW/FX3U-USB-BD ] in the [ Universal Serial Bus controllers ] from device 

manager.
