1 PRODUCT CHECKING AND PARTS IDENTIFICATION
Unpack the inverter and check the capacity plate on the front cover and the rating plate on the inverter side face to ensure that
the product agrees with your order and the inverter is intact.

Installation of the inverter
Enclosure surface mounting
Remove the front cover and wiring cover to fix the inverter to the surface.
NOTE
y
When encasing multiple inverters, install them in parallel as a
cooling measure.
y
When using the inverters at the surrounding air temperature of
40°C (104°F) or less, the inverters can be installed without any
clearance between them (0cm (0 inch) clearance). When
surrounding air temperature exceeds 40°C (104°F), clearances
between the inverters should be 1cm (0.39inch) or more (5cm
(1.96inch) or more for the FR-E720-240(SC) and FR-E740-
120(SC), or more).
