- 2 x 10mm spanners or sockets, (not supplied).
- A clean open space free of obstruction, (this will aid the construction process).

Steps –

1.

Before beginning assembly, ensure contents and quantities match those shown in the chart on

the previous page.

2.

Select two legs, (item 9), place them with their flat face together and serrated tooth profile facing

inwards. Secure using 1 x No 10, 2 x No 8 and 1 x No 7 in the upper hole, and 1 x  No 7, 1 x No 3

and 1 x No 6 in the slotted hole. (Note: The bolts should be tight enough to ensure the parts are

rigid, but still allow the two legs to open freely in a scissor action.

3.

Repeat step 2 for remaining two pairs of legs.

4.

Select one three hole cross support, (item 2), place it with the flat face down and align the left

most hole of cross support with the lower hole of one the paired legs, (as per section A). Secure

using 1 x No 4, 1 x No 3 and 1 x No 1.

5.

Attach the second pair of legs into position B by repeating step 4, but using middle hole on the

cross support.

6.

Select one five hole cross support, (item 5), place it with the flat face down and align the left most

hole of cross support with the fourth hole from the bottom of section A. Secure using 1 x No 4, 1

x No 3 and 1 x No 1.

7.

Next, align the cross support with the third hole from the bottom of section B. Secure using 1 x

No 4, 1 x No 3 and 1 x No 1. (Note: The unsecured end of the cross section should now sit over the

top of the lower three hole cross section).

8.

Attach the overlapping cross sections to the lower hole of the remaining pair of legs into position

C. Secure using 1 x No 11, 1 x No 3 and 1 x No 1.

9.

Turn the saw horse around and repeat steps 4-8 for this opposing side.

10.

Assembly should now be complete.  Check that the bolts are tightened correctly, the saw horse is

stable and rigid, but that you can still fold your saw horse flat into its storage position.
