The following conditions will void the warranty:
1) Use of unapproved chargers and charger cables, or accessories other than those provided by
TAMA.
2) Forcing the accessory plugs into the wrong receptacle, thus damaging the connectors on the
MiTAMA
™
device.
3) Damage caused by water exposure, condensing moisture, cleaning agents, and/or oily substances.
4) Tampering with the device.
5) Misuse, abuse, negligent handling, and/or impacts caused by dropping on hard surfaces, or
damage due to faulty packaging or mishandling while in transit.
6) Damage or defects caused by, or resulting from, repairs, service, or alteration to the product or any
of its parts, by a repair person not authorized by TAMA.
7) Damages caused during shipping when sending your device to TAMA for inspection.
IMPORTANT: If you receive authorization from TAMA to return your device for inspection, carefully pack
the item to prevent damage during shipping. Return your product in the original packaging with a copy
of the sales receipt and TAMA RMA number. Be sure to include your complete address and phone
number with a note giving purchase information, model number, and what you believe to be the problem
with the item. We recommend you ensure the package, as devices damaged or lost during shipping are
not covered by your warranty. Mark the outside of your package “ATTENTION CUSTOMER SERVICE”.

Any dispute arising out of, or related to this Agreement, is subject to Arizona law and claims must be
brought in Arizona.
