1. What is the schedule treatment for MiTAMA ™ Deluxe? For age management
clients, once a week on program 3 is recommended. For monthly facials, select
program 1 or 2 based on their skin needs to enhance the mask portion.
2. Can I use serum along with the mask? Use your professional judgment, please
read the ingredients and note that TAMA MetaWave ™ technology infuses the
product in.
3. Can I reuse the pads? Yes, on the same client, you may clean them with alcohol
and reuse. You CANNOT use the same pads on different clients due to the risk of
cross contamination.
4. Can I reuse the Essence Mask? It is not recommended to reuse the mask, but
you may use the excess gel left in the packet with wet gauze to create a new
mask.
5. How often do I charge my MiTAMA? A full battery lasts 16 hours of treatments.
Manually turn off your device after each use to preserve the battery charge.
6. How many session use do I get out of my gloves? 35-50 sessions, keep away
from Velcro® and sharp objects.
7. How do I care for my gloves? Hand wash using gentle soap, and air dry. May use
autoclave or hot boiling water for 2 minute for sanitization.
8. Can I retail MiTAMA Homecare devices? Yes, we have 4 different devices to
