TAMA Research Limited Warranty
TAMA Research Corporation warrants the MiTAMA
™
device for a period of one (1) year from the date
of purchase to be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship subject to the following
conditions, exclusions, and exceptions. In order for the warranty to be valid, the product must be used
according to this operation manual (“Intended Use”), under Normal Settings, and only with approved
accessories recommended by TAMA. “Normal Settings” is defined as one person using the device in a
clean environment with a clean power source for charging the device. “Intended Use” is defined as
using the correct MiTAMA device to address specific skin needs as listed.
If your device or an accessory fails to operate properly while in use, contact TAMA for instructions. In
case your device needs to be shipped to TAMA for repair, you will be given a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. For customer service support, call 602.354.8185 or contact us through

www.tamaresearch.com/customer-service . If the device is found by TAMA to be
defective due to material or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the company’s
sole discretion. Replacement may include either new or fully tested and authorized like-new refurbished
systems.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the device only and excludes all other legal,
implied and/or conventional warranties. This warranty is not transferable. The responsibility of TAMA
Research Corporation, if any, is limited to the specific obligations expressly assumed by it under the
terms of this Limited Warranty. In no event is TAMA Research Corporation liable for incidental or
consequential damages to anyone of any nature whatsoever. Some states do not permit the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state or province to province. The warranty liability of TAMA Research Corporation is
limited solely to the cost of repair or replacement of the unit or accessories at its discretion. This
warranty does not cover normal wear of parts.
