temperature, if it cannot work, suggest you to
contact to the customer service center.

Turn off the machine and check whether the
ingredients in the blender cup are excessive or
the ingredients in the lower part of the blender
cup are too hard.
Turn off the machine and check if the couple or
knife set has come off.
Water leaking
from the
blender

Turn off the machine and check if the screw at
the bottom of the blender jar is loose.

Turn off the machine and check if the sealing ring
on the blender’s knife set has fallen off or
damaged.
Difficulty
removing the
lid after
blending
Vacuum suction
Reduce vacuum suction by gently pulling up and
holding the red rubber tab on the inner part of the
lid. This will release the air created by the
vacuum, then remove the other gray and black
parts of the lid
