m aterial and w orkm anship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original shipm ent.
M IR C O M w ill repair or replace, at its option, any equipm ent w hich it determ ines to contain
defective m aterial or w orkm anship. Said equipm ent m ust be shipped to M IR C O M prepaid.
R eturn freight w ill be prepaid by M IR C O M . W e shall not be responsible to repair or replace
equipm ent w hich has been repaired by others, abused, im properly installed, altered or
otherw ise m isused or dam aged in any w ay. U nless previously contracted by M IR C O M ,
M IR C O M w ill assum e no responsibility for determ ining the defective or operative status at the
point of installation, and w ill accept no liability beyond the repair or replacem ent of the product
at our factory authorized service depot.
