Operator’s Guide (for Imagestore 750s)
The Audio Monitoring section of the panel supports the control of MCEs and MCPMs as well as
Imagestore 750s. When the panel is controlling an Imagestore 750, the buttons are customer-
configurable buttons (and generally have nothing to do with audio) and the ‘Dim’ buttons are
disabled.
(The terms ‘Mon A’, ‘Mon B’, and ‘Metering’ apply when the panel is controlling an MCE or an
MCPM.)
The terms ‘CLN’ and ‘MON’ apply to Imagestore 750s. The gain knobs controls the audio level of
the Imagestore 750’s CLN output and MON output. These knobs adjusts the audio level in incre-
ments of 0.5
dB, from –99.5 dB to +28.0 dB.
Please note: the monitoring knobs do not affect on-air levels.
Preset and Program Buttons
The program and preset buses are divided into two parts:
• Main source buttons.
The leftmost buttons represent main sources only .
Main source buttons are usually green, high-tally when selected and low-tally when not. If a
main source has a problem (e.g., LOS or non-sync), it is high-tally amber when unselected
and red when selected. Unused main sources are dark.
The panel can be configured so that buttons for selected main sources are green, white, yel-
low, or red. Unselected main source buttons can also be green, white, yellow, or red.

“Layer” buttons.
The rightmost buttons can be configured as video effects and voice-overs:
For the Imagestore 750, the layer section provides up to 4 DSKs, 4 DVEs, 8 XG layer, and 2
voice-overs (voice-overs).
For the LGK-3901 and ISM-3901, the layer section provides up to 5 DSKs, 8 XG layers, and 2
voice-overs (voice-overs).
For the DSK-3901, the layer section provides up to 2 DSKs, 8 XG layers, and 2 voice-overs
(voice-overs). (The DSK-3901 does not support EasyPlay audio.)
