emits abnormal or snap 

(knocking, clicking) sounds

Bearings are damaged or have become loose

Bolts in the piston (connecting rod) have become 

loose

Spraying or painting are 

very poor. Pressure is 

insufficient

A leak (fault) in air connections

Wind air connections by sealing tape and tighten 

them

The pneumatic hose is dam-aged

Replace a pneumatic hose with the new

Bolts on a cylinder cover have become loose

Tighten bolts

The motor works well, but 

air does not move, or pres-

sure is absent

Screws of valves and screws of diaphragms have 

become loose or are incorrectly twisted in

The entering plate is destroyed after long use
