To replace two storage batteries 1 (Figure 11.4), do the following:
а ) remove terminals from storage batteries, loosening bolts 13;
b) unscrew nuts of clamps 11, that fix storage batteries;
с ) pull out the batteries.
Make mounting and erection in reverse sequence, with torques borne in mind:
а ) torque terminals of «ground» switch to:
“ М 5” – 1…1.5 Nm;
“ М 6” – 5…5.5 Nm;
“ М 8” – 14…15 Nm;
b) torque nuts of SB terminals to 6.0…6.5 Nm;
с ) grease terminals of storage batteries and wiring tips with grease LITOL-24
ATTENTION: Observe polarity to connect storage batteries and wires to switch of “ground”
