Changing Ethernet Settings in the GUI (RCDAT)
3.3.1
Factory default settings for
RCDAT models are Dynamic IP (DHCP) using port
80 for http or port 23 for telnet (see
Figure 3.3.2
). To change these settings, click on the
Ethernet Settings button In the GUI (see
section 3.1.3
).

The Ethernet Settings screen will
open showing the current configuration.
Figure 3.3.2
shows the factory default of the programmable attenuators. If these settings are
appropriate for your local network then you do not need to access the setup before connecting
the attenuator to the network and can connect to the attenuator via Ethernet as described in
section 3.1.5
