Getting Started
Note:
Most STB’s will be activated by the installer. If your STB is not
activated, please use your account number as the activation code.

Signing In
1.
Turn on the set-top box (STB) to display the Server Address/Host Name “Welcome!” screen.

Use the NAVIGATION ARROW KEYS [11] on the remote to navigate to the Keypad (the numbers
and characters in the upper right side of the screen). See

for more information.
3.
Enter the ‘Activation Code’ supplied by the service provider by navigating to and highlighting a
corresponding number or character in the Keypad, then pressing the OK [11] button on the remote
to add them to the entry field.
4.
When the activation code is has been entered, navigate to the “Activate” button to highlight it,
and press the OK [11] button on the remote.
