Maintenance
The load cell PR 6241 is maintenance-free.
9.1.2
Replace the bellow
WARNING
The vessel may turn over during de-/mounting.
Securing the vessel against tipping is imperative.
Use an appropriate lifting jack.
1. Remove a defective bellow (not shown) and discard it according to the local
regulations.
2. Release and remove screws (6).
3. Fold the stopper (5) onto the bottom plate and withdraw it sideways together with
the ilm.
4. Release and remove screws (1).
5. Loosen the nut (4) and screw the threaded bolt (2) of the lift-of protector at the hex
into the threaded bush (4).
6. Release and remove the threaded bush (secured with Loctite) with the complete lift-
of protector.
