Chapter 4: Function Test&Alignment Procedure
4-7 ADC Calibration
Note: After replacing main board or upgrading firmware, the ADC calibration
should be done.
For the test pattern, please refer to “MIMIO FINAL TEST” file.
Procedure - Test equipment: PC
(1) Test signal: 1280 x 800@60Hz
(2) Test Pattern: White (up) Black (down)
- Note
(1) Calibration pattern should be in full screen mode.
(2) Please get into service mode,and choose
“ADC Calibration”.
Inspection item
- Check if there are lines or noise on the screen.
- Horizontal and vertical position of the video should
be adjustable to the screen frame.
Criteria
- If there is noise on the screen, this
considered a failure.
- The screen shiould appear normal, there should not
be any abnormal condition, such as lines or noise.
- Check if the projection is same as monitor diplayed.
