Diafiltration—Vacuum

Install Diafiltration Tubing

1.  Cut silicone (translucent) tubing and insert a male luer x 1/8. 

barb port in one end of  the tubing as shown here. MALE 

Place the other end of the diafiltration tubing in a vessel of 

appropriate buffer.
