OPERATING AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT
7-1. Export Auxiliary Power Receptacles

Receptacles supply 50/60 Hz single-phase
power.

Supplementary Protector CB7
CB7 protects GFCI1 and RC1 from over-
load. If supplementary protector opens, the
receptacles do not work. Press button to re-
set.

Use GFCI protection when operating
auxiliary equipment. If unit does not
have GFCI receptacles, use
GFCI-protected extension cord. Do
not use GFCI receptacles to power
life support equipment.

Unplug power cord before attempt-
ing to service accessories or tools.

Test GFCI monthly. See Section 7-2
for GFCI information and for reset-
ting and testing procedures.

Supplementary Protector CB1
CB1 protects RC5 from overload. If supple-
mentary protector opens, the receptacle
does not work. Place switch in On position
to reset.

400 V 30 A 3-Phase Receptacle RC5
Receptacle supplies 50/60 Hz three-phase
power

Supplementary Protector CB5
CB5 protects the auxiliary power winding
from over current. If CB5 opens, the 110 volt
receptacles and 220 volt receptacles do not
work. Place switch in up position to reset.

Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker ELCB1
ELCB1 protects receptacles RC3 and RC4
from overload and earth leakage fault. If cir-
cuit breaker opens, the receptacles do not
work. Place switch in On position to reset
circuit breaker.
10 Supplementary Protector CB8
CB8 protects GFCI2 and RC2 from over-
load. If supplementary protector opens, the
receptacles do not work. Press button to re-
set.
11 220 V 16 A AC Receptacle RC4
12 110 V 16 A AC Receptacle RC2
Receptacles supply 50/60 Hz single-phase
power.
Maximum combined output of all standard
receptacles is 4 kVa/kW.
At least once a month, run engine at
weld/power speed and press test but-
ton to verify ELCB1 is working properly.
If a supplementary protector or circuit
breaker continues to open, contact
Factory Authorized Service Agent.
Generator power decreases as weld
output increases.
