7-1. Export Auxiliary Power Receptacles

Use GFCI protection when operating
auxiliary equipment. If unit does not
have GFCI receptacles, use GFCI-
protected extension cord. Do not
use GFCI receptacle to power life
support equipment.

Unplug power cord before attempt-
ing to service accessories or tools.

120 V 20 A AC GFCI Receptacles
GFCI1, GFCI2
GFCI1 and GFCI2 supply 60 Hz single-
phase power at weld/power speed.
Maximum output from these receptacles is
2.4 kVA/kW.

Test GFCI monthly. See Section 7-2
for GFCI information and for reset-
ting and testing procedures.

Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker ELCB1
ELCB1 protects 240 V AC receptacles from
overload and earth leakage fault. If circuit
breaker opens, the receptacles do not work.
Place switch in On position to reset circuit
breaker.

Supplementary Protectors CB4, CB5
CB4 and CB5 protects GFCI1 receptacles
from overload. If supplementary protector
opens, the receptacle does not work. Press
button to reset.

240V 16 A AC Receptacle RC11,
RC13

120V16A AC Receptacle RC10,
RC12
Receptacles supply 60 Hz single-phase
power.
Maximum combined continuous output of
all receptacles is 10 kVa/kW.
At least once a month, run engine at
weld/power speed and press test
button to verify ELCB1 is working
properly.
If a supplementary protector or circuit
breaker continues to open, contact
Factory Authorized Service Agent.
Generator power decreases as weld
output increases.
