Install Stabilizing Strap

STEP 8: Install the stabilizing strap to the eye bolt on the ladder bridge support by looping it back thru itself and pull tight as shown in 
Figure 31.

STEP 9: Place the shooting rail pads on the shooting rail and assembly is complete.
