Warranty and service
The warranty for products with non-stick coating is 2 years, starting from the
date of purchase. The warranty covers any material and manufacturing defects
of the pot as well as blistering and fl aking of the non-stick coating, provided
that the product has been used according to the manufacturer‘s specifi cations
and instructions. EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover damage that may
occur as a result of dropping, misuse, failure to follow the instructions for use
and care, or modifi cation or unauthorized repair of the product. Furthermore, it
does not cover normal wear and tear and the following cases: Overheating due
to prolonged contact with an open fl ame; stains, discoloration or scratches on
the inside or outside, prolonged heating when empty, accidents such as fi re,
etc.; professional or commercial use, any glass or porcelain components of the
product, product damage due to thermal shock. Our customer service is available
to users for repairs and the purchase of accessories and spare parts. Within
the scope of a recognized warranty case, the use of our customer service is free
of charge. In the event that there is no warranty case, especially in the case of
improper operation of the device, the repair service is liable to pay costs, even if
the damage occurred within the warranty period. To assert a justifi ed warranty
claim, please contact our customer service before returning the device and have
the proof of purchase ready.
Without valid proof of purchase, any warranty claim is void, so please safeguard
the receipt.
