Depending on your browser security settings, you may need to slide the
security level to “Low” then Apply to allow the file(s) to download properly. For
security purposes, move slide rule back to original settings after file download.
You may also use the “Custom Level” tab and manually allow the active-x files to
download. Click the “Custom Level” tab and set following files buttons to “Enable.”
